Job description3+ years of experience in financial systems management, architecture, or process automation. Proven leadership in managing technical or analytical teams. Proficient in Python for automation and scripting. Experience with modern finance technology stacks such as Azure, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Snowflake. Strong understanding of ETL processes, financial reporting, and digital transformation in finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of financial systems analysts.
- Foster an agile, collaborative environment that drives automation and innovation.
- Contribute strategically to the financial systems roadmap and digital transformation initiatives.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated financial systems and tools.
- Build robust, scalable ETL pipelines for clean, structured financial data.
- Automate finance workflows, including reconciliations, income statement reviews, and reporting.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
