Job description

We are looking for a sales representative to be responsible for Selling our products and services to registered resellers and to develop relationships with new resellers. Duties will include telephone sales, client visits and presentations and product demonstrations.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is essential.

Sales Representative Responsibilities :

  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals as set by the company.
  • Generating New reseller relationships.
  • Discovering new sales opportunities.
  • Liaising with existing resellers to increase sales.
  • Provide clients with quotations and proposals.
  • Keeping our Salesforce CRM up to date with your activity and opportunity.
  • Coordinating sales efforts in accordance with Company marketing programs.
  • All aspects of sales account management including sales, logistics and payment from clients.

Sales Representative Requirements :

  • Experience in sales ideally in IT or aligned markets in Cape Town.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and 365.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Remuneration :

    The successful applicant will receive.

  • Basic salary commensurate with experience.
  • Commission based on Sales.
