OFFICE SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR  (to INTERNAL AUDIT Team) –  Midrand, JHB

12 Month Contract, Start Immediately!

R15 000 – R18 000 Per Month Negotiable on Qualification and Years of relevant experience

Our client, an established Waste Management concern is in search of a dynamic Support Administrator to join their dynamic and growing Internal Audit team.

You are a highly organised, numerically inclined and action orientated individual who possesses strong administration, problem-solving, time-management and communication skills to engage and support both internal and external clients alike.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Process and handle incoming and outgoing queries.
  • Perform administrative duties such as electronic filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
  • Responsible for providing administrative support to the internal audit team to ensure efficient running of the office.
  • To assist the team through planning and coordination of information to optimize workflow procedures in the team.
  • Provide general administration work including data capturing, memo typing, reports, presentation slides, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and collating minutes,
  • Assist and support the team with compilation, distribution and obtaining signatures for reports.
  • Maintain an updated contact lists and stakeholder database.
  • Provide an efficient customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Provide professional administrative support to the team.
  • Provide support with the teams travel bookings

Qualifications, Skills and Experience needed :

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and / or minimum Grade 12
  • 3 Years experience office administration experience gained ideally within an internal audit / waste management / recycling / environmental / related industry
  • Basic finance and / or accounts knowledge
  • Knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook software packages are essential
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel is essential i.e. formula’s, V-look ups, pivot tables, etc
  • Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
