To be considered for this role, you should hold a BTech qualification in Food Technology, Microbiology, or Chemistry. Previous experience in laboratory work will be advantageous; however, graduates with a strong practical mindset and eagerness to learn will also be considered. Strong knowledge of food science and confidence in data analysis and Excel are key elements for success in this position. A hands-on approach, effective time management, and the ability to work both independently and within a team will further support your success in this role.
