We’re scaling fast and looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) based in South Africa to help us deliver world‑class experiences to our enterprise clients.
The Opportunity
As our new CSM, you’ll own the customer journey — from pilot onboarding through to deployment and expansion.
You’ll ensure every client sees measurable ROI, manage multiple concurrent pilots, and act as the bridge between Sales, Product, and Solutions Engineering.
If you’ve got 3+ years in SaaS customer success or account management, love translating technical insights into business outcomes, and want to help shape the future of AI in retail — this role is for you.
