You will work closely with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and managing a team of junior quantity surveyors. • Monthly Valuations and Claims

• Prepare budgets.

• Cost reports
• Final accounts
• Project Cost Control and Monitoring
