Job descriptionCollaborate with the marketing division to create awareness of the brand at an area level. Conduct presentations on the company's product offering. Cultivate and build networks with various SME Stakeholders. Recruit, develop, manage, and retain employees at the area office. Manage the investment process of the area office by screening and evaluating proposals, providing guidance on due diligence, review reports and manage credit risk levels of the book. Analyze and interpret annual financial statements and management accounts. Provide input and contribute to the decision-making process at various committee meetings. Proactive review of the area key performance indicators to maximize the areas performance levels. Collaborate with support functions such as marketing and postinvestment divisions to drive and improve the areas performance levels. Monitor income / expense responsibilities for the area office.
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria :
- B.Com Accounting, Finance or other business related field
- 5+ years experience in business investment
- Experience in banking, sales and marketing
- Good leadership / supervisory ability
- Presentation / communication skills
