Leader : Finance (Accounting & Reporting)

Location : Bryanston

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain and improve accounting policies, processes, and controls.

Ensure compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements.

Manage annual audits and prepare Annual Financial Statements (AFS).

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Produce monthly and annual financial and management reports.

Provide financial insights to support business strategy and cost control.

Requirements :

CA(SA) with a Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting .

5 years plus in a senior accounting / reporting role, reporting to CFO leve l.

Strong IFRS, consolidated reporting, and multi-regional experience .

Experience with SAP, Draftworx, and reporting platforms (e.g., IBM Cognos) .

Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.

Strong knowledge of compliance, tax planning, and transfer pricing.
