Medical Recruitment Assistant (Remote)
A Medical Recruitment Company based in Pretoria is seeking to employ a recruitment assistant.A good understanding of the various medical roles is essential. Experience within a private practice is advantageous.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Screen CVs of candidates who apply to adverts of employment
- Proofread interview notes and create referral CVs of candidates interviewed by the recruiter to send to the clients for review / consideration
- Send consents to candidates who are scheduled for interviews with clients
- Create adverts on various platforms and close adverts in the case of a successful placement or cancellation
- Manage social media & emailcommunications
- Ad hoc administrative duties requested by the recruiter
- Update the shared google sheets
- Create and maintain Dropbox folders
- Provide administrative support to the Directors
Qualifications & Requirements :
MatricKnowledge of the medical / healthcare environment is an essentialA good understanding of various medical roles (i.e., nurse, medical receptionists, medical billing staff) is essentialExperience in a private medical practice will be advantageousStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox, Google Sheets)Reliable internet at homeSkills & Attributes :

Monday - Friday from 08h00 - 17h00Appointment : ASAP
