What You Will Be Doing

• Analyzing student performance data through advanced AI algorithms to uncover hidden learning patterns and develop breakthrough educational methodologies that transform scientific understanding.
• Creating immersive, AI-driven laboratory simulations and interactive experiments that make complex scientific phenomena tangible and exciting for learners of all backgrounds.
• Building intelligent learning systems that automatically adjust to individual student needs, making advanced scientific concepts accessible whether you’re studying mitosis or exploring string theory.
• Working alongside brilliant educators, researchers, and technology innovators to create educational tools that will reshape how thousands of students experience science learning.
• Converting complex research papers and scientific theories into dynamic, AI-enhanced educational content that sparks curiosity and deepens scientific understanding.

Lead the development and implementation of AI-enhanced science education solutions that demonstrably double student learning velocity across multiple scientific disciplines while maintaining deep conceptual understanding at all academic levels.

Working with us

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $50 USD / hour, equating to $100,000 USD / year for 40 hours a week over 50 weeks. Payment is weekly.
