Job descriptionBusiness Development : Proactively generate leads, cold call clients, and secure new business. Attend client meetings and negotiate terms with managerial support. Candidate Recruitment : Participate in campaigns to source and recruit top candidates, ensuring a steady pipeline. Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates through regular communication, providing updates on job progress and opportunities. Placement Process : Manage candidate placements from proposal to confirmation or rejection, ensuring a seamless process. Customer Service : Deliver excellent service by handling client and candidate inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards. Marketing & Promotion : Use social media and marketing channels to promote permanent recruitment services. Collaboration : Share leads with colleagues and actively promote the company's full suite of services. Performance : Meet and exceed personal targets for desk growth on a quarterly and yearly basis. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Teamwork : Participate in team initiatives and use company systems effectively to support day-to-day operations. Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant Strong business development and client relationship skills Ability to handle multiple accounts and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Knowledge of the UK healthcare recruitment market is a plus Performance-based bonuses & commission incentives Annual salary and position reviews based on performance Fully remote working with objectives-based performance management
