Job descriptionProvide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis. Business Requirements : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives. System Integration : Implement and test financial system upgrades and enhancements. Budgeting and Forecasting : Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial projections. Regulatory Compliance : Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting and compliance documentation. Process Improvement : Implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes. Stakeholder Communication : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with business goals. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Business Analyst in the banking industry. Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Strong understanding of financial processes, banking operations, and regulations. Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Financial Analysis :
Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics.
Gather and document business requirements related to financial processes.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems.
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Stay informed about banking regulations and ensure financial processes comply.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Communicate financial insights and analysis to non-financial stakeholders.
