To evaluate, manage and approve complex credit risk within area of responsibility by providing advice, recommendations and support to internal stakeholders through the implementation of group credit mandates, risk frameworks and methodologies.To provide coaching and mentoring to relevant internal (Business Judgemental Credit Manager I) and external teams (Relationship Managers).Hello Future Business Judgmental Credit Manager
to recommend a credit decision within the mandate by appAssess and approve credit in terms of approved mandate to minimise credit risk to the businessManage the credit approval processDevelop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within business across Product Houses and and / or across the FRG Approve or recommend counterparty exposure across multiple productsManage credit risk at origination on an ongoing basisDrive customer service delivery goal achievement in line with predefined standards and in support of operational objectivesEnsure that credit approvals are conducted within governance (legislative and audit), processes and mandate requirementsEnsure average approval turnaround time against target to ensure retention of clientsAnalyse credit data to estimate degree of risk in extending credit or lending money by accessing credit applicationsAssess and evaluate credit risk through quantitative and qualitative analysisconsistently and in accordance with the bank's credit policies to monitor existing exposures and recommend credit decisionsYou will be an ideal candidate if you :
Have abstained your CA or B Degree equivalent with Enterprise segment experience (Preferably 2-5 years minimum).Are you someone who can :
Support the Account Executive by managing and administering a portfolio of clients including the application of an approval and ongoing quality risk management of the clients' credit facilitiesDeliver exceptional service through educating the client, offering an appropriate solution and ensuring the relationship is maintainedAdvise on and provide support to ensure the effective resolution of customer queries in order to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionContinuously monitor actual process turnaround times and quality standards and resolve issues speedily to enhance effective client service deliveryEnd Date : November 6, 2025
