Our client, a leader in the manufacturing sector, is looking for a dynamic Regional Financial Manager who is equally comfortable on the factory floor and in the boardroom. This is not a role for box-tickers. Were looking for a proactive self-starter with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
As the strategic partner to the Regional General Manager, youll play a key role in driving profitability, strengthening operational discipline, and ensuring sustainable growth, while keeping the region audit-ready at all times.
Key Responsibilities :
- Regional reporting, consolidations and management accounts
- Costing, variance analysis, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow oversight
- Payroll reconciliations and management of people costs
- Procurement, inventory and fixed assets control
- Risk management, governance and compliance
- Sales and commercial support to drive revenue growth
- Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Working capital optimization and audit management
