Job description

The Role

Delivering English lessons and guidance to students.
Creating a fun and engaging classroom environment by facilitating one-on‑one or group instruction and utilizing world‑class teaching methods.
Leading discussions, assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback.

Position Details

Start Date : Immediate upon completion of the recruitment process.

Teaching Hours : Guaranteed approximately 30 hours per week.

Students : Adult professionals over the age of 18, based throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East and South America.

Remuneration : Set base rate of 6 USD per hour.

Contract type : Independent Service Provider contracted by The Really Great Teacher Company.

Location : Work from the convenience of your home.

Bachelor's Degree or higher (any field).

Qualifications

Accredited teaching hours or above TEFL, TESOL, CELTA.

At least 6 months teaching or tutoring experience.

Technical Requirements

Processor : Intel Core i5 CPU @2.0GHz (4 CPUs) or greater.

Memory : 8GB RAM or greater.

Backup power : Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with a battery life up to 4–5 hours.

VA (or willing to purchase before commencing teaching).

Stable fibre internet connection at a minimum of 20 Mbps upload and download speeds.

PC connected to LAN cable (not via Wi‑Fi).

Noise‑canceling headset and HD webcam.

Back‑up headset highly recommended.

Tidy, well‑lit, and quiet teaching environment.
