Hire Resolve is assisting a leading fabrication company in their search for a Senior Finance Manager to be based in Krugersdorp . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring efficient financial management and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Monitor and analyze financial performance
• Develop and implement financial processes and controls
• Provide financial guidance and support to senior management
• Manage financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Professional qualification (CA, CMA, is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial operations and regulations
• Experience in the fabrication or manufacturing industry is preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
