Job Overview

Production Planner at PG Group (Pty) Ltd —Division : PFG, Location : Springs (Onsite Role). A motivated and experienced professional will manage the execution of the production schedule for Laminating and Mirror production facilities, ensuring balanced throughput and inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate monthly Laminating and Mirror sales demand and forecast to maintain balanced stock levels for S&OP and build purposes.
• Manage and plan the Laminating and Mirror supply chain cost‑effectively using available resources to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Control physical glass inventory against sales to prevent stock‑outs and sustain consistent production.
• Maintain glass direct and indirect stock age at agreed targeted levels to minimise obsolescence.
• Plan and schedule all production work centres and resources according to capacity and constraints.
• Embrace new system enhancements in the planning environment, streamline the Value Added planning process, and manage business variables.
• Ensure accurate material master data within SAP and APO for physical plan adherence across PFG operational areas.
• Maintain good customer relationships to meet service deliverables.
