We’re expanding our sales team and are looking for a confident, experienced Sales Representative to manage and close warm leads . If you’re someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and hitting targets — we’d love to hear from you.

Role Overview

As a Sales Representative at Ad-tivity, you’ll be responsible for handling inbound and warm leads , conducting discovery and closing calls , and converting qualified prospects into clients. You’ll represent Ad-tivity’s expertise with confidence, professionalism, and a results-first mindset.

This is a performance-based role offering a competitive base salary plus commission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and follow up with warm leads provided by the marketing and client relationship teams.
  • Conduct closing calls to convert prospects into paying clients.
  • Identify client needs and present Ad-tivity’s services as tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and conversion data in the CRM.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless client handover after each sale.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, ideally within digital marketing, advertising, or B2B services.
  • Proven experience selling to US-based clients and working during US hours.
  • Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken (neutral or near-native accent).
  • Strong closing skills and ability to manage objections confidently.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
  • Compensation

  • Base Salary + Monthly Commission
