Role Overview

We are hiring a highly capable Paid Media Specialist with hands-on experience in both Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of South African agency experience and a strong track record managing international campaigns (US, UK, and SA clients). This is a client-facing, remote role suited to someone confident, accountable, and fluent in performance marketing delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms

Own end-to-end account management including strategy development, execution, and client reporting

Run keyword and audience research, A / B testing, and performance optimizations

Deliver actionable insights to clients using reporting tools and dashboards

Maintain campaign health, tracking, and delivery against client KPIs

Candidate Profile

2-3 years of experience at a South African digital agency

Proven expertise in both Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Experience managing clients in the US, UK, and SA markets

Excellent verbal and written English

Presentable and confident in managing client relationships independently

Skilled in data interpretation and using metrics to inform performance decisions

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager

Exposure to e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns

Strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously across multiple accounts
