As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, youll be embedded in a hands-on project team, supporting cost control, tendering, and contract administration across a range of building and civil engineering projects.

Youll work closely with experienced Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, gaining exposure to all phases of the project lifecycle, from tender to final account, while developing your skills in real-world environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
• Support tender analysis and subcontractor pricing reviews
• Help manage payment applications, valuations, and variation claims
• Track and monitor project costs to support budget alignment and profitability
• Contribute to cost reports, forecasts, and site meetings
• Learn how to navigate and administer standard construction contracts (e.g. JBCC and FIDIC)
• Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to gain practical insight
• Ensure that accurate documentation and cost data is maintained throughout the project
