Overview
We are in search of a dynamic and goal-oriented Real Estate Dispositions Manager to join our team. The chosen candidate will oversee the sales process of investment properties to prospective buyers with a focus on maximizing profitability and operational efficiency. This position necessitates exceptional negotiation abilities, sales acumen, and a comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate landscape. Kindly submit your resume in English for consideration.
Responsibilities
- Turn our sales and marketing strategy into a smooth, automated, reliable revenue engine. Make everything run cleaner, faster, and with fewer mistakes. You own the process.
- Operate with tools and automation platforms (Resimpli, LeadZolo, Google Workspace, Zapier, n8n or similar automation tools), call and text systems, KPI trackers, and deal analyzers to support real estate dispositions.
