Responsibilities

Drive digital transformation, innovation, and operational excellence through strategic management of enterprise architecture, IT security, IT support, network infrastructure, and AI strategies.
Develop and execute AI strategies leveraging IoT data to improve decision making and automation.

Oversee network infrastructure, connectivity, security, and performance; ensure IT and network support business computing, data processing, and communications needs.

Collaborate with the executive team to identify IT-enabled opportunities to meet business and financial goals.
Lead and manage teams for modernization and upgrades; communicate goals, projects, and timelines; ensure budgeting and compliance with regulations.
Develop risk management and business continuity plans; implement IT governance, policies, and best practices.
Competently lead digital transformation initiatives and align AI strategy with business strategy.

Qualifications

Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (required) or equivalent;

Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance, and AI technologies;

Experience with enterprise technologies (Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN / WAN, Network Security, IDS, Anti-Virus);

Proven leadership in digital transformation and IT strategy; ability to align IT with business goals;

Excellent communication and project management skills; strategic thinking and decision-making abilities;

Ability to lead diverse teams and manage an IT budget with a focus on ROI.

Experience

Minimum 5+ years in a senior IT leadership role (CIO / CTO / CTIO or equivalent).

Proven track record delivering large-scale IT / digital transformation projects on time and within budget.

Experience in IoT, edge computing, and AI-enabled environments preferred.
