About the role :
We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and dedicated Junior Personal Assistant to provide maternity cover for to General Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a growing business where commitment and outstanding performance may lead to a permanent position
Responsibilities :
- Provide full administrative support to the General Manager.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Draft, manage, and respond to correspondence, including email communication.
- Liaise with clients in a professional and proactive manner.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure efficient workflow.
- Support internal teams with ad-hoc administrative and client-related tasks.
Candidate requirements :
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Professional, confident, and outspoken personality with a proactive attitude.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Driven, dedicated, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
