Job descriptionDevelop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring that all systems and processes are running smoothly Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs and opportunities Monitor and manage the IT budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments, and make recommendations for implementing new systems or processes Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers Ensure the security and integrity of all company data and systems Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide ongoing training and development opportunities Communicate IT updates and changes to the rest of the company in a clear and effective manner Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security Experience in budget management and strategic planning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus ICT jobs
