POSITION INFO :
Established fund services team seeks an Institutional Fund Accountant, this role calls for good experience with traditional funds. This is an end-to-end fund accounting role.
Responsibilities :
- Process and set up of relevant segregated funds fees
- Ensure Variation Margin are correctly processed and match Clearing House Statements daily
- Process all 3rd Party duplication trades to the accounting system accurately
- Price funds and ensure valuation of financial instruments in line with the funds' performance e.g. equities, bonds, and derivatives
- Run, check and send client reports daily and monthly
- Handle queries ensure resolution of internal and external client queries
- Ensure appropriate controls are in place to avoid risk
- Support management and co-ordination of team deliverables and new client take on's
- Perform daily cash and scrip reconciliations
