Property Finance Consultant Bloemfontein

Key Responsibilities

Source, build and maintain relationships with property buyers, estate agents, and developers.
Guide clients through the home loan application process from start to finish.
Offer expert advice and present tailored financing solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and service-level goals.
Stay updated on home loan products, interest rates, and industry trends.

Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) Tertiary qualification in finance, property or related field advantageous.

Proven track record in sales or financial services.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with strong networking abilities.

Own transport and valid drivers licence.
