We are looking for a driven Social Media Manager who understands trends and internet culture on short-form platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. You will work directly with creators, helping them grow their audience and convert followers into subscribers.

About the Opportunity :
We are recruiting for a leading company in the creator and social media industry. The role involves content creation, optimizing social media funnels, managing client relationships, and continuously improving performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing concepts in collaboration with creators
- Script viral content by combining trending ideas with creators’ unique styles
- Analyze content performance and continuously optimize strategies
- Build strong relationships with creators and act as main point of contact for social media activities
- Collaborate with media buyers to enhance organic content performance
- Manage a small team of 2 creators and 2 Instagram Account Managers
