Job descriptionLLB admission as attorney / advocate. 6–10 years’ post-qualification legal experience. Strong background in commercial law licensing & regulatory compliance. Proven success managing multi-jurisdictional transactions. Excellent communication integrity and business acumen. High-impact legal work in a global business environment . Exposure to cross-border deals & strategic partnerships . Hybrid flexibility (Cape Town or Durban). Competitive package on offer.
A global agricultural exporter with operations across five continents is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to provide strategic guidance on complex commercial regulatory and cross-border matters.
The Role :
- Draft review & negotiate international commercial agreements.
- Oversee licensing IP protection & compliance across markets.
- Advise on foreign market entry trade regulations & cross-border deals.
- Ensure compliance with all regions corporate & regulatory frameworks.
- Support litigation and arbitration in South Africa and abroad.
