• Experience : A minimum of 5+ years in short-term insurance, with a strong preference for experience in a broking environment.
• Compliance : Fully FAIS compliant with all CPD hours up to date - no exceptions!
• Basics : Matric and proficiency in English and Afrikaans.
• Technological savvy : Comfortable with Excel and meticulous attention to detail.
