Job Summary :

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Director to drive new business acquisition by managing a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieving revenue targets. This senior individual contributor role focuses on direct sales to end-users and requires a strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. The ideal candidate will independently manage their sales pipeline, coordinate with partnerships and marketing teams, and contribute to revenue growth through direct client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to contract close

Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through inbound leads, outbound outreach, and partner referrals

Engage with senior decision-makers by presenting tailored solutions aligned with client needs

Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies

Work alongside the partnerships team to leverage integrations and referral channels

Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting using CRM tools

Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Develop and improve sales collateral, pitch decks, and proposals

Represent the organisation at industry events and client meetings

Mentor junior members of the sales team where required

Required Skills and Experience :

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience within SaaS or technology sectors

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related technology field

Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets in a SaaS or B2B environment

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

Deep understanding of solution selling, SaaS metrics, and deal structuring

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strong grasp of B2B buying processes and stakeholder management

Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
