We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidate will be confident in closing deals, consistently achieve sales targets, and play a key role in driving revenue growth.

This role is fully remote, and candidate will be covering a designated region (APAC / North America / Europe). Flexibility may be required depending on regional business needs.

Candidates must have their own laptop / PC with webcam, a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Essential Functions

  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to showcase value
  • Close deals for software subscriptions
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through the full sales cycle
  • Keep detailed records of all customer interactions within the CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales support
  • Stay updated on new features, services, and industry trends to strengthen client conversations

Qualifications / Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Sales experience in a SaaS environment would be a bonus
  • Educated to a minimum of NQF Level 6
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently close deals and meet / exceed sales quotas
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and consultative selling skills
  • Motivated self-starter with a target-driven and results-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to flexible working hours
  • Experience with CRM systems and online communication tools
  • Resilient personality with the ability to handle objections and rejections positively
