Senior Technical Manager

Our client has an opportunity available for a Senior Technical Manager based in Centurion.

Requirements:

• Matric
• Code B driver’s license.
• B Tech or a degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience in Maintenance Engineering, CRM and Property Management.
• Knowledge of Soft service, CRM, Property Management and Financial Management.
• SAP knowledge- essential.
• Proven experience as an Engineer Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and instil effective adherence to processes on infrastructure maintenance.
• Manage staff and arising conflict.
• Assist in the management of technical projects and provide technical support.
• Monitor service provider performance.
• Monitor and evaluate maintenance work performed by technical staff.
• Ensure the utilization of available resource in various maintenance works.
• Identify maintenance risks on client’s property and equipment towards evaluation and resolution.
