• Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to source and attract qualified candidates.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and job boards, to find candidates.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications through interviews and assessments to ensure a good fit with the company culture.
• Maintain up-to-date recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes.
• Foster a positive candidate experience by keeping applicants informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven track record of successful placements and deep understanding of sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects effectively.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using various recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn and job boards.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring.
• Fully remote , South Africa based
• Working UK hours - weekdays
• International exposure and clients
