QUALIFICATIONS :

Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and / or Revit
Mandatory ASIB / IFE Certification or equivalent; familiarity with relevant standards is advantageous
5 years of experience in fire protection design, with strong expertise in hydraulic calculations & ASIB submissions

KEY COMPETENCIES :

Expertise in technical design

Effective project management skills

Proficient in reporting and quality management

Adept in risk assessment and compliance

Strong communication abilities

Skilled in report writing and stakeholder engagement

LEADERSHIP QUALITIES :

Ability to mentor and coach team members

Commitment to staff development
