Baker Key Responsibilities

  • Independently prepare standard breads as well as occasional specialty productions.
  • Perform quality control checks on raw ingredients and finished products.
  • Operate ovens and other bakery equipment efficiently.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Pastry Chef Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve recipes for pastries and desserts.
  • Contribute creative ideas for new products and seasonal specials.
  • Evaluate taste, texture, and appearance of products, making suggestions for improvement.
  • Ensure consistent high-quality presentation of all products.
  • What We Offer

  • Working hours : Night and weekend shifts (8 : 00 PM 6 : 00 AM).
  • Full-time role : 40 hours per week, depending on scheduling.
  • Competitive salary : Starting at 18.05 gross per hour.
  • Additional benefits :
  • Meal vouchers of 8 per day (after 1 year).

  • Clothing allowance of 1.73 per day.
  • Night premium of 20% per hour.
  • Weekend premium of 3.71 per hour.
  • Full administrative support and visa application assistance provided.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a pastry chef or baker, with proven expertise in product quality.
  • Solid knowledge of modern pastry techniques and trends.
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus, or willingness to learn).
  • Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented with a passion for craftsmanship.

  • You will work as part of a team of 5055 employees (with plans for further expansion).
  • The bakery mainly produces standard breads, with special breads on weekends and a "bread of the month" offering.
