Key Responsibilities :
- Site Leadership & Execution :
Manage and coordinate daily site activities, including labour, materials, and subcontractors
Read and interpret drawings, and execute work according to technical specifications and programEnsure that tasks are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest workmanship standardsAllocate work to teams and supervise execution closelyDrive daily production and hold team members accountable for output and qualityTeam Management & Labour Control :Supervise Foremen, Artisans, and general workers across multiple trades (e.g. concrete, earthworks, finishing, and services)
Maintain discipline on-site and ensure adherence to company standards and policiesTrain and guide junior staff to improve skill levels and productivityProgress & Reporting :Track progress against program and report on daily / weekly activities
Identify delays or issues early and escalate where necessaryKeep accurate site records : Daily diaries, checklists, quality inspections, and resource usageQuality & Safety Control :Enforce quality control procedures and ensure that work is completed right the first time
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings, and ensure OHS compliance at all timesWork closely with Engineers, Site Agents, and Safety Officers to maintain a compliant and productive work environmentJob Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile) :
5+ years experience as a General Foreman or Trade Foreman on civil or building construction projectsProven ability to manage large teams and coordinate multiple tradesExperience in concrete works, structural steel, finishing, earthworks, or servicesSound knowledge of construction methods, materials, plant, and health & safety regulationsAbility to read drawings, understand tolerances, and follow detailed instructionsValid drivers license and own reliable transportWillingness to travel or relocate for project-based workA hands-on leader who is always on the ground, making sure things get doneDisciplined, reliable, and fully accountable for your site sectionAble to command respect without shouting because your work speaks for itselfSharp on details and deadly serious about safety and qualityPassionate about building things the right way, and building people while you're at itReady to grow into a Senior Foreman or Site Manager role through performanceIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
