Are you passionate about shaping how organisations leverage data? We’re looking for a seasoned Data Management Lead to steer a growing data capability function and drive large-scale enterprise data transformation within complex SAP environments.

This role will champion end-to-end data migration, governance, and innovation initiatives, particularly across SAP IS-U, Real Estate, and ECC-to-S / 4HANA modernisation programmes—while developing internal expertise and preparing clients for the digital future.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Data Leadership
• Define and execute the data strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise transformation goals.
• Migration, Governance, and Innovation
• Oversee full‑cycle SAP data migration programmes, strengthen data governance frameworks, and introduce modern approaches that elevate data quality and reliability.
• Capability Building and Mentorship
• Grow and mentor a high‑performing data team, cultivating technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Client Advisory and Engagement
• Guide clients through data readiness, transformation decisions, and best‑practice adoption across SAP landscapes.
• Delivery Management
• Lead cross‑functional delivery teams, ensuring successful execution of multi‑workstream data initiatives within scope, budget, and timeline.
