We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing and overseeing the Electrical Balance of Plant (eBoP) design, ensuring quality installation, inspection, and testing of electrical systems on large-scale renewable energy projects. You will work closely with our design team, collaborate with civil and mechanical engineers, and play a key role in delivering projects that meet both technical and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, inspection, and quality assurance of electrical works.
  • Oversee construction and ensure compliance with design standards.
  • Manage contract requirements, financial data, and variations.
  • Support site operations with breakdown intervention and risk evaluation.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • BSc or B.Eng in Electrical Engineering.
  • 7+ years’ experience in large-scale construction projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Experience with EPC contractors or consultants.
  • Knowledge of South African Grid Code and experience in Wind / Solar / BESS projects is a plus.
