We are hiring an Content Manager for a U.S.-based company focused on empowering people to improve their financial health. This is a Part-Time remote role , ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a dynamic digital content environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and format new HTML creatives following established templates and brand guidelines
- Input, organize, and manage creative content within the company’s CRM system
- Conduct high-level market and competitive research as defined by the company playbook
- Document internal processes, workflows and standard operating procedures to ensure clarity and consistency
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify content gaps and improvement opportunities
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in all creatives uploaded to the CRM
- Add new creatives into the CRM for content launches, and support competitive research
- Assist the team with new content initiatives and demonstrate a willingness to explore new tools or methods
Required Qualifications
2 - 3+ years of experience working with HTML2+ years experience working with CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)2+ years experience documenting processes and market researchExperience in content management, digital marketing or advertisingSome experience in writing or formatting digital creativesAbility to document processes clearly and consistentlyExposure to collaboration / task-management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.)Preferred Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesProven willingness to try new things, learn new tools, and adapt quicklyRequired Skills & Tools
CRM platform experience (inputting and managing content) on eg. GoHighLevel, Hubspot, etc.Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or Microsoft Office SuiteResearch and documentation toolsReliable communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom)Schedule & Pay
Part-Time position : 11 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM EST, Sunday through ThursdayFully remote role for a U.S.-based companyPay ranges from R7,000 - R8,000 per monthIncludes annual raises, bonuses, confirmed holidaysSystem Requirements
