Head of Department / Manager - Chef / Catering Manager

Experience Essential

Location : Nelspruit

  • A highly organized, result-driven person with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, along with good culinary knowledge and experience, is needed as the Head of Department.

The kitchen manager will be responsible for all aspects of daily operations including :

  • Ordering and inventory control
  • Food quality and consistency
  • Health & safety standards
  • Staff management, training, and development
  • Budgets, costs, portioning, and waste control
  • Creation and development of new menu items

    • This position requires working shifts.

    Salary : R20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
