Job description4–6 years in technical BA work, ideally with a background in software development, systems design, or data analysis. Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum, UML, BPMN, SQL, and APIs. What you’ll do
- Elicit and define requirements through user stories, use cases, and clear documentation.
- Facilitate workshops with clients to unpack complex problems and align on deliverables.
- Apply solid technical knowledge of SDLC, AI, and LLM development to bridge business and engineering.
- Support quality assurance, validating outputs against specs and testing deliverables.
- Act as a trusted partner — translating business strategy into actionable technical plans.
