Business Segment : Personal & Private Banking

Location : ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Simmonds Street 5

To create and oversee an enhanced personalised and professional collections process for an array of clients, ensuring a consistent service delivery experience to all clients.

Qualifications

Complete Matric

Experience

5 - 7 years Inbound and Outbound contact centre experience – across early, late and legal collections. Leadership experience will be advantageous.
