Conveyancing Attorney

Minimum Requirements :

• Admitted Conveyancing Attorney with 25 years post-admission experience
• Valid Drivers License and own reliable transport
• Willingness and ability to travel when required
• Attend to client consultations for the signing of transfer and bond documents, ensuring all FICA documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with FICA Act and Bank SLA requirements.
• Manage end-to-end conveyancing transactions , ensuring timelines and compliance standards are met.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, agents, financial institutions, and colleagues throughout the transfer process.
• Generate leads and assist in growing the firms client base through relationship building and networking.
• Conduct problem-solving and provide practical legal solutions to clients where required.
• Ensure a clear understanding and execution of internal firm procedures as well as external stakeholder processes (Deeds Office, municipalities, banks, etc.).
• Maintain high levels of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail in all aspects of conveyancing work.
