Telesales Specialist – Night Shift

Hours : Monday to Friday | 1 : 00 AM – 9 : 00 AM (SA Time)

Role Summary

Are you a people-person with a knack for building great relationships over the phone / video calls? Do you thrive in a supportive, fun environment where cold calling is a thing of the past? Key Responsibilities

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A business related tertiary qualification, preferred, but at very least Matric
• Strong understanding of sales principles, and proven track record of 2 years relevant sales experience, with evidence of high-level sales performance
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple customer interactions efficiently, booking appointments, have meetings, follow up
• Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and sales support tools
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• High attention to detail and accuracy in processing customer sales
• A proactive and customer-focused mindset with a commitment to sales excellence
• Reliable, Min 20MBP level internet is required plus a backup
• Dedicated worksafe, workspace
• Time and Productivity Software will need to be used and adhered to
• Secure On touch, login software will be used and adhered to
