Product Compliance Engineer

Purpose of the Job : To execute the end-to-end certification process for a dedicated portfolio of the companys electronic and software products. To ensure and maintain the required approvals by managing technical submissions coordinating with external test labs and homologation partners and ensuring all product documentation meets stringent international standards.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire approvals lifecycles for assigned products from kick-off to certificate issuance.
• That projects are completed on schedule
• Complies reviews and maintains the required Technical Construction files according to statutory requirements for approval applications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the test labs and homologation partners; schedule required testing provide technical clarification and track progress.
• Prepares and submits formal applications for new products and maintenance updates to existing products ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Ensures all test reports submissions and certificates are meticulously documented and archived in the central company repository.
• Communicates system test results and failures to the engineering department providing clear information to support design changes and improvements.
• Provides regular clear status updates on certification projects to internal stakeholders including Program Management and R&D
• Provide focused technical support for the approvals process acting as a communication link between internal engineering and external testing bodies.
