New Business Responsibilities :

  • Actively source and secure desired retailers for the project.
  • Maintain and review a database of all prospective tenants.
  • Broker Liaison telephonically and reporting on market trends and potential future tenants.

Market Research Responsibilities :

  • Conduct market research of new brand names and retail trends.
  • Perform competitor research of new developments, rental, and major deals.
  • Constantly review the shopper profile mix and evaluate the impact of this on the retail sector.
  • Keep abreast of changes within the market.
  • Build a solid network within the industry.
