WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Execute and oversee all aspects of monthly marketing campaignsEnsure data is accurate and results are clearly trackedOwn timelines, follow-ups, and internal workflow accountabilityPartner with Client Success to retain and grow accountsConstantly improve systems, reports, and delivery qualityRESPONSIBILITIES & CORE SKILLS
Selecting USPS EDDM routes aligned with client targetingCoordinating shipping labels, print logistics, and blast timelinesEnsuring clean execution without errors or delaysManaging Airtable, GoHighLevel, and ClickUp for flawless fulfillmentAuditing and improving campaign performance reportsSpotting trends across campaigns to advise on next movesSupporting content tweaks and message positioningBrainstorming new test angles or seasonal campaign pivotsOrganizing recurring campaign timelines and account touchpointsProactively flagging issues and suggesting solutionsCoordinating across Slack, ClickUp, Airtable with daily accountabilityHandling inbound client needs quickly and clearlyWHO YOU ARE
2+ years in marketing ops, project management, or fulfillmentStrong understanding of executional workflows in service-based marketingDetail-obsessed with a high standard for accuracy and speedAble to prioritize, self-direct, and stay accountable in remote workStrong communicator who thrives in fast-moving environmentsBonus : Experience in GoHighLevel, Airtable, or direct mailAVAILABILITY & COMPENSATION
Hours : Full-time, 8AM–5PM MST (occasional flexibility required)Pay Range : $1,500–$2,500 USD / month + performance commissionLocation : Fully remote (global welcome with aligned time zone availability)OUR CORE VALUES
