Remote Tech Recruiter (Cape Town Based – UK Client)

Salary : +- R25K CTC p.m. basic plus commission

Are you a driven recruiter with a passion for tech talent? Our client, a fast-growing international tech recruitment firm founded by two highly motivated co-founders, is looking for a Cape Town–based Tech Recruiter to join their remote team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic international business, sharpen your sourcing skills, and grow into a high-performing consultant.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate in a 180° recruitment role (sourcing-focused) with the opportunity to expand responsibilities over time.
  • Proactively source, engage, and qualify top tech professionals across multiple markets.
  • Use industry-leading recruitment tools to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Work closely with the co-founders and receive ongoing training, mentorship, and support.
  • Gradually increase your monthly placements as you grow within the role.

What We’re Looking For

  • Based in Cape Town, South Africa (remote role, but location-specific).
  • Proven experience sourcing candidates for tech roles (agency or in-house).
  • Strong research, networking, and engagement skills.
  • Driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Someone eager to learn and grow with the business.
