Yard Subcontracts Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the team of subcontract engineers / administrators.
• Ensure the subcontract administration procedure is implemented and followed by subcontractors.
• Initiate and respond to letters and notices to and from Subcontractors as needed.
• Monitor the performance of Subcontractors.
• Support the project management team in identifying any variations or claims affecting the project program and forecasts, including delays and costs.
• Analyze site technical queries, site instructions, deviation requests to determine cost impacts, and lead price negotiations with subcontractors.
• Ensure that extra work, new unit prices, claims, back charges, liquidated damages, and close-out of Subcontracts are processed according to the relevant procedures.
• Regularly update Subcontracts Forecasts analysis.
• Manage the commercial close-out of subcontract agreements.

Collect and share lessons learned, feedback, and experiences on construction issues and criticalities.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements :

English Language skills required.
