Your Mission

Turn Comparesoft into the go-to brand on LinkedIn and social media for B2B software buyers.

This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where you will grow our visibility, build expert connections, and create engaging social content that drives results.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with our audience on LinkedIn and other social media channels.
  • Find and book experts to attend our podcasts and webinars.
  • Engage with publishers in our industry to build visibility and thought leadership.
  • Conduct interviews and surveys with B2B software buyers and vendors.
  • Leverage every opportunity to build awareness of Comparesoft.
  • Repurpose podcasts, webinars, and interviews into social‑ready content.
  • Experiment with social‑led growth tactics to increase reach and engagement.
  • What We’re Looking For

    Experience :

  • 4+ years in social media, content, or audience growth roles , ideally in B2B SaaS or tech.
  • A track record of building engagement and visibility on LinkedIn or similar platforms.
  • Strong background in outreach, networking, and managing expert‑driven content.
  • Skills & Behaviours :

  • Curiosity and strong research skills to identify industry experts and trends.
  • High energy, positivity, and resilience in a fast‑paced start‑up.
  • Organisational skills to manage calendars, expert outreach, and social posting.
  • Rapid execution mindset – move fast, test fast, learn fast.
  • Day-to-Day Activities

  • Post and engage daily on LinkedIn to connect with software buyers and vendors.
  • Find, book, and coordinate podcast / webinar guests and industry experts.
  • Build relationships with publishers and thought leaders in B2B tech.
  • Conduct interviews / surveys and turn insights into shareable content.
  • Track performance using LinkedIn analytics and social tools.
  • Collaborate directly with our CEO for messaging and strategy alignment.
